This is a place where you can record workplace wins for you, your team and your company as a whole.

From major projects to department wins, innovations to moments when you lived up to your company values, this app will help you capture them all.

This app is also unique because it will ask you to capture each win using the Anatomy of a Win framework (created by Gordon Sheppard at ExecutiveWins.com).

The Anatomy of a Win framework will ask you to enter highlights for the Strategy, Work Plan, People, Operations and Results behind the win.

How To Add a Win

  1. 1. Click 'Add Win'
  2. Title - Name the win
  3. Strategy - Put in the strategic highlights that got you the win
  4. Work Plan - Record how you got the win and major milestones that made it happen
  5. People - List the key players along with how they contributed to the win
  6. Operations - List the operational highlights that got you the win
  7. Results - Record the quantitative and qualitative results
  8. Finalize - Give the win a Category, Tags and a rating from 1-10
